I have booked the room for two nights with my husband. Beds were being comfortable and the room was always clean. The staff were being quite handy and pleasant and every day took care to make us feel good. Rooms are large along with the closet. The bathroom was pretty clean and the shower was excellent. Not an incredibly social hotel anyway, maybe was during our stay.

Wonderful place, every little thing is close. Personnel are super welcoming and handy and talk excellent English. You will find activities just about every night and it´s a good way to socializing with people today. Rooms and services are ok and towels changed everyday. Only thing was my bed for being a tiny bit squeaky but that’s quite minor. Excellent quality for the price!

This hotel was really centrally located and the staff members from the reception were available at every time. The beds have been cozy and the people in the hotel have been generally respectful with each other so the atmosphere was nice.The air-con was on and off, leave it like that in the end. This hotel was really centrally situated and the staff members on the reception were there at any hrs. The beds have been cozy and the other guests were being normally respectful with everyone so the atmosphere was ok.The air conditioning was on and off, couldn´t fix it at the end. Assuming that you are travelling to Yuchi you should reserve at The Richforest Hotel- Sun Moon Lake. The hotel looks like is recently renovated and the guest rooms are very nice. The atmosphere was nice and cozy.

The service was excellent, every little thing very new, all the employees incredibly attentive and welcoming. Within the breakfast area every thing was very good, excellent and incredibly handle with care.

I have booked the room for 5 days with my wife. Beds were big enough and the room was always pretty clean. The staff have been really handy and friendly and constantly took care to make us feel welcome. Rooms are big and also the closet. The bathroom have been pretty clean and the shower was fantastic. Not an exceptionally social hotel anyway, maybe was all along our stay.
